Rick is a Jacksonville native (which is rare to find these days) and has lived here most of his life. He knows Duval County and the North Florida area like the back of his hand. Recently leaving a career in the mortgage industry to pursue his Real Estate career, he has been able to put his local knowledge to work for his customers. Rick also had a professional career working for the Department of Navy managing Navy Housing and Facilities so when it comes to looking out for the I’s being dotted and T’s being crossed, it truly is ingrained.
